Talent Acquisition Specialist – Iberia

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Iberia, you will partner with HR Business Partners and Sales Management to drive retail hiring across Spain and Portugal. Based in Madrid, you will ensure that stores receive the right talent to meet business needs during a critical growth period.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with HRBPs and Sales Managers to forecast and fulfil retail recruitment needs.
• Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process, delivering a best‑in‑class candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication among candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
• Promote vacancies on job boards, Indeed, social media and local platforms to build a diverse pipeline.
• Conduct phone screenings, assess fit, motivation and availability.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve hiring efficiency and stakeholder collaboration.
• Lead and support recruitment projects, ensuring timely execution with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the retail sector.
• Proven ability to partner with managers and build trusted relationships.
• Organised, resilient and capable of handling high‑volume recruitment in a fast‑paced environment.
