About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at QforMedia, you will partner with leadership, Product, and Operations teams to attract top talent for both creative and analytical positions. You will drive the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast‑paced media environment, helping to scale one of Europe’s fastest‑growing YouTube‑focused companies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for diverse roles, from scriptwriters and editors to product and analytics positions.
• Source candidates proactively through LinkedIn, portfolios, community groups, referrals, and unconventional channels.
• Lead multiple high‑volume hiring projects simultaneously while maintaining speed, organization, and candidate quality.
• Track and analyze funnel metrics, sourcing efficiency, conversion rates, and time‑to‑hire to continuously improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to define hiring strategies and employer branding initiatives.
