Talent Attraction Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

MSX International's TA team is growing and is looking for a Talent Attraction Specialist fluent in French to support its in-house recruitment function in the automotive industry. The role partners with regional and local stakeholders to support the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process, improves the effectiveness of selection and delivers a great candidate experience. It is also the first point of contact for European and local HR managers on recruitment needs, sourcing and screening approaches.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Specialists in the markets to identify position requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Identify the best sourcing strategy (posting, active searching, talent pipeline, etc.).
• Screen candidates and make first contact, helping them through the selection process.
• Improve the candidate experience and ensure compliance with employee data protection policies.
• Meet key metrics such as timeliness, accuracy, quality, tone and error rate.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, preferably in an international company or a shared services HR function.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and a near-native level of French.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to manage several priorities and volumes.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS systems; Smartrecruiters and SuccessFactors are advantageous.
• Results-oriented and process-driven mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
