Talent Management Lead

About the role

A Barcelona-based, fully remote position reports to the VP of People and leads strategic initiatives across four connected areas: career development and performance management, talent and leadership development, AI-enabled transformation of People practices, and compensation programs including incentives and stock options. It is not a traditional HR role: the person helps rethink how talent practices work in an AI-native, globally scaling company, challenging established approaches and influencing senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading talent management and talent development
• Head of Talent, Talent Director or equivalent level
• Excited to return to a high-impact individual-contributor role and able to contribute immediately
• Navigates complex senior stakeholders confidently and diplomatically
• Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-moving, global environment

Required skills

• Strong judgment and established expertise
• AI fluency and willingness to redesign how People teams work
• Builder mindset: creates tools when none exist
• Knowledge of incentive structures, equity or stock-option programs is valuable but not essential; experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives is welcome but not core
