Talent & Organization Consultant

About the role

Accenture's Talent & Organization practice is looking for consultants in Madrid to help organizations transform their workforce, talent, skills, operating models and ways of working. You will work with HR leaders, business stakeholders and transformation teams in Spain and internationally on talent transformation, learning, workforce strategy, organizational design, operating model transformation and change management. The role suits people who enjoy solving complex workforce challenges and want to use technology, data and AI to drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Support workforce and organizational transformation programs focused on organizational effectiveness and business performance.
• Contribute to Workforce Strategy, Talent & Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design and Operating Model Transformation initiatives.
• Conduct assessments and analyses to identify organizational challenges, workforce needs, capability gaps and transformation opportunities.
• Support the design and implementation of organizational structures, operating models, governance frameworks and future ways of working.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define practical solutions that improve workforce effectiveness and organizational performance.
• Support Change Management and Adoption, including stakeholder engagement, communication and transformation readiness.
• Develop presentations, recommendations, analyses and project deliverables for client decisions.
• Leverage digital tools, workforce analytics, Generative AI and emerging technologies.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams on end-to-end transformation initiatives and contribute to proposals and thought leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in Talent & Organization, HR Transformation, Talent Transformation, Learning Transformation, Workforce Strategy, Organizational Design, Operating Model Transformation, Enterprise Change or related consulting.
• Experience in Workforce Strategy, Talent & Skills Transformation, Learning Transformation, Organizational Design, Operating Model Transformation or Change & Adoption.
• Experience in transformation initiatives involving stakeholder engagement, communication, analysis and organizational change.
• Exposure to workforce analytics, digital transformation, AI-enabled solutions or Generative AI is highly valued.
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
