Talent Partner – Europe

About the role

Henry Schein One is seeking a Talent Partner to support its European businesses. You will be responsible for attracting and hiring talent across a wide range of functions, from individual contributors to senior management, in fast‑growing areas such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Support and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify high‑calibre candidates.
• Proactively engage passive talent through LinkedIn, sourcing platforms and other channels.
• Own pipeline management for all assigned positions using the ATS.
• Build strong relationships with internal hiring managers and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Partner with the Head of People to develop talent processes, market intelligence and candidate experience improvements.
• Provide data‑driven insights to shape future hiring strategy across Europe.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition or recruitment partnership.
• Ability to work across multiple business functions and seniority levels.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive, data‑oriented mindset with a focus on improving hiring processes.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
