Talent Recruiter (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Talent Recruiter who is fluent in English and French to join our Barcelona team. You will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for a leading client, delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Define recruitment needs with the client and gain a deep understanding of each role.
• Source candidates through job boards, networking and our recruitment tools.
• Conduct phone screenings and technical assessments.
• Submit candidates to the client with complete profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, manage the recruitment cycle and follow up until an offer is made.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with candidates and clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Required profile

• Native or bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• First professional experience in customer service or recruitment.
• Excellent communication and relational abilities.
• Strong organisational skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
• Proactive, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to meet clear objectives and deadlines without compromising quality.
