Team Leader – English Market

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Team Leader with native or bilingual English proficiency to join Konecta’s Barcelona office. The role involves managing a team that serves the English market, ensuring service quality and performance targets are met.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, plan and coordinate daily activities of the team.
- Report on service level agreements, key performance indicators and other metrics.
- Motivate and coach team members to achieve objectives.
- Monitor both qualitative and quantitative targets.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a team leader in a BPO or similar environment.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in English.
- Strong results‑ and goal‑oriented mindset.
- Availability to work full‑time on‑site in Barcelona.
