Tech Finance Specialist

About the role

ING is looking for a Tech Finance Specialist to join its CoE of Governance and Operational Excellence within the Tech Finance team. The team's purpose is to ensure governance, effectiveness and consistency in operational execution and cross-functional activities within the CIO domain, supporting the bank's strategy and targets.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly financial closing activities, cash flow and expense analysis, ensuring the accuracy of actuals.
• Support and consolidate the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor costs and run analyses to identify risks and opportunities and propose actions.
• Support the construction of business cases for new initiatives.
• Simplify processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage purchase order processes so IT spend is accounted for correctly.
