Tech Sales Contract Recruiter (French Market)

About the role

Montreal Associates is looking for an ambitious Tech Sales Contract Recruiter to focus on the French market. You will work with a well‑established IT staffing brand, helping clients find top freelance and permanent tech talent while growing your own sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage technology professionals for contract assignments across diverse tech stacks.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with client organisations.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search strings and LinkedIn Recruiter, to build talent pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate outreach to placement and follow‑up.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a Tech Contract Recruiter in the French market.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Proven business‑development and tech‑sales acumen.
• Deep understanding of the tech talent market and its recruitment challenges.
