Technical Data Engineer – Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC)

About the role

As a Technical Data Engineer dedicated to the Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) for the H140 helicopter program, you will act as the bridge between design engineering and field maintenance, ensuring spare parts are accurately defined, documented and safe to install.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse engineering data and triggers (ECP/CR/MITB/TN/SB/ASB) to create customized spare‑parts lists for customers and Airbus.
• Perform impact analysis, author and validate IPC content in line with ATA specifications and civil airworthiness regulations.
• Resolve complex customer queries and support AOG situations by providing accurate IPC documentation.
• Maintain high quality, consistency and on‑time delivery of IPC deliverables, targeting zero critical errors.
• Identify gaps between engineering processes and IPC workflow and propose robust improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aeronautical, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2‑3 years of technical experience in the aeronautical sector (maintenance, ILS, airframe design).
• Strong analytical rigor, autonomy and ability to collaborate across borders.
• Fluent English (B2+ level) and Spanish; German is a plus.
