Technical Product Manager for 3DExperience Space

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Technical Product Manager to join our Digital organization in Getafe, Spain. You will work on the Physical Design solutions for Space, focusing on the 3DExperience for Space Systems (3DX Space) platform, and collaborate with an international team delivering cutting‑edge solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Performance and Test Leader (80%): maintain and develop test and monitoring toolsets (Eggplant, LoadRunner, Grafana), deliver performance and stability KPIs, lead monthly performance board reporting, troubleshoot performance issues, run test campaigns across sites, and supervise subcontracted service delivery from Toulouse.
• Service Delivery Manager in Spain (20%): provide technical support to mechanical designers and manufacturing engineers, operate 3DExperience components (installation, incident/problem/change management, configuration), manage local business relationships and collaborate with other Digital teams.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
• Proven autonomy, strong teamwork and project‑management experience.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to abstract problems.

Required skills

• Eggplant, LoadRunner, Grafana.
• PLM/CAD tools deployment and support (3DExperience, CATIA V5).
• Windows system administration.
• DevOps technologies (e.g., Ansible) – appreciated.
• Knowledge of SAFe and ITIL methodologies – appreciated.
