Technical Program Manager – French Speaking

About the role

ThetaRay is seeking a French‑speaking Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of AI‑driven financial crime detection solutions for banks, fintechs and payment providers worldwide. You will work closely with product, data science and engineering teams to implement AI/ML models, integrate data pipelines and ensure successful, on‑time deployments that generate measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI implementation projects for global customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead project planning, timelines and execution while coordinating cross‑functional teams (Product, Data Science, Engineering).
• Oversee integration of customer data pipelines and configuration of AI/ML models.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into practical AI‑driven solutions.
• Present milestones, results and success metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and customer enablement after implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project delivery, data engineering or software implementation.
• Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written); Spanish fluency also required.
• Experience in financial crime compliance (AML, fraud, sanctions, KYC) is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies or Apache Spark (advantage).
• Experience with cloud platforms (advantage).
