Veeva Vault Quality Consultant

About the role

As a Veeva Vault Quality Consultant you will work directly with life‑science clients to support, optimise and evolve their Veeva Vault solutions. You will ensure stable operations, drive continuous improvements and help clients extract maximum value from their systems. The role focuses primarily on Veeva Vault Quality while offering exposure to other Vault applications.

Key responsibilities

• Provide post‑implementation support and troubleshooting to maintain stable system performance and high client satisfaction.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing ongoing operations, reporting, coordination and continuous improvement.
• Analyse change requests, configure and test solutions within Veeva Vault.
• Assess and implement Veeva’s tri‑annual releases, evaluating impact and ensuring smooth adoption.
• Support CSV processes, documentation, risk management and perform user access and audit‑trail reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field (advanced degree a plus).
• Experience working with Veeva Vault, preferably the Vault Quality module.
• Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Veeva Vault Quality (and other Vault modules such as QualityDocs, eTMF, QMS, PromoMats).
• Veeva certifications.
• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks, e.g., ITIL.
