Technical Project Manager – Training Devices

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of training devices for LTA and MRTT simulators at Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, Spain. You will coordinate all phases from definition to customer delivery, ensuring projects meet schedule, cost and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Define, develop and deliver LTA and MRTT training simulators.
• Manage communications with customers, internal teams and suppliers, including contractual obligations.
• Prepare Data Packages and Software Packages, and oversee purchase of parts, equipment and spares.
• Use Airbus configuration and documentation tools and participate in configuration, modification and service bulletins committees.
• Ensure delivery of all stakeholder outputs (OTOCOQ) and control risks, opportunities and KPIs.
• Prepare technical offers, cost estimates and monitor project performance against indicators.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and suppliers.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Aeronautics or equivalent.
• More than 5 years of experience in an aeronautical company.
• Proven experience in training aids design and development.
• Strong project management background.
• Fluent English.
