Technical Services Officer – Hotel Occidental Cala Viñas

About the role

The Technical Services Officer ensures that all hotel installations and machinery operate safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of functionality and supporting the overall guest experience at Hotel Occidental Cala Viñas.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and equipment.
• Ensure correct usage and that maintenance is performed in optimal condition.
• Follow the directives of supervisors and adhere to company quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: Medium-level training cycle in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio Mantenimiento).
• At least 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance in a hotel environment.
• Preferable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication and analytical abilities.
