Technical Services Officer – Hotel Occidental Playa de Palma

About the role

The Technical Services Officer ensures that all hotel installations and machinery operate safely and efficiently. You will work on a daily basis at the Occidental Hotel in Playa de Palma, supporting both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and equipment, guaranteeing correct usage and optimal maintenance.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on mechanical, electrical, and pool systems.
• Follow the directives of supervisors and adhere to the company’s quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any irregularities.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: medium‑level technical training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within hotel environments.
• Training in legionella control and pool maintenance is a plus.
• Valid category B driving licence and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical abilities.
