Technical Support Advisor – French Speaking (On‑site)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Technical Support Advisor to join our client’s team in A Coruña. You will provide first‑line assistance for Microsoft‑based cloud and productivity solutions, helping both internal and external users resolve technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls and tickets, diagnose and resolve user problems related to Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server and Windows.
• Investigate, research and document solutions for both routine and complex issues.
• Escalate cases when necessary and follow up with customers to ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records in the call‑tracking system.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with advanced English or Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Logical thinking and problem‑solving aptitude.

What we offer

• Full‑time permanent contract (39 h/week) with a salary of €19 738 gross per year.
• Shift: 09:00‑18:00, Monday‑Friday.
