Technology Analyst - ITAO Associate

About the role

DWS is hiring a Technology Analyst (ITAO-D) in Madrid, embedded in the Core Technology Platform team within its Technology Transformation organisation. The analyst identifies and assesses the current state of the technological infrastructure, looking for gaps or opportunities for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the safety and security of applications
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards and operational readiness
• Support the bank's audit function in fixing audit points and reducing risk
• Identify and assess IT application risk and implement the associated technology measures
• Contribute to the implementation of IT management and information security policies and strategies
• Balance delivery and compliance by choosing the right technological solutions
• Identify infrastructure gaps and implement improvements in line with technical roadmaps
• Find ways to incorporate new technologies and approaches into best practice

Required profile

• Knowledge of security and compliance
• Ability to determine the right technological solutions that balance delivery and compliance
• Experience identifying infrastructure gaps and implementing compliant improvements

Required skills

• Proven ability to use AI tools to boost productivity and optimise workflows
• Critical judgment to use data and AI outputs responsibly and ethically
