Technology Innovation Intern (IT) - Four Seasons Mallorca

About the role

Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is looking for an IT intern for season 2027. The intern supports the IT department with day-to-day technical tasks and projects, gaining hands-on experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining systems and supporting network operations. The position is a seasonal, full-time contract of 40 hours per week with consecutive and rotating shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the availability of critical systems such as the Front Office management system (PMS), call accounting, high-speed internet (HSIA), PABX and food and beverage point-of-sale systems.
• Create, update and maintain IT user procedures and documentation.
• Manage user and group accounts, configure access permissions and resolve login and access issues.
• Provide technical support for hardware usage and help users get familiar with it.
• Monitor server performance, perform operating system updates and troubleshoot technical failures.
• Learn Four Seasons' standards and procedures to ensure IT quality and security.

Required profile

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Legal right to work in Spain.
• Minimum duration of 6 months.

• Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, hardware and software.
• Ability to document processes accurately and follow technical procedures.
• Teamwork, communication and problem-solving abilities.
