Técnico/a de Desarrollo de Marca y Experiencia

About the role

Barceló Group is seeking a Brand Development and Experience Technician to ensure the brand is consistently applied across all guest touchpoints in the EMEA region. You will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to bring the brand to life in hotels, communications, sales channels and physical spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the brand across pre‑stay, stay and post‑stay customer interactions, maintaining alignment with positioning and standards.
• Deploy brand concepts for new hotel openings and rebranding projects throughout EMEA.
• Serve as the primary contact for brand application in physical spaces, communication materials, sales channels and guest experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure key messages and design follow brand guidelines.
• Oversee production of new brand assets together with agencies and external partners.
• Maintain and supervise brand materials on internal channels, guaranteeing availability and consistency.
• Train internal teams on correct brand usage.
• Identify opportunities and define actions that enhance brand differentiation through unique experiences.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and monitor trends in upscale and luxury segments.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of branding, graphic design and marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the hotel sector.
• High level spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Project‑management and multi‑task organization abilities.
