Temporary Manufacturing Engineer

About the role

Airbus Helicopters España is expanding its manufacturing team and seeks a Temporary Manufacturing Engineer to support product industrialisation and daily operations. You will work on the front line of helicopter rear‑fuselage assembly, collaborating with a multi‑functional team to ensure smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and maintain manufacturing documentation, integrating design data with an operator‑focused perspective.
• Ensure a balanced and efficient production line system.
• Act as a technical reference for operators, analysing and solving technical issues to prevent recurring industrial impacts.
• Participate in the adoption of digital technologies within the business.
• Support the Airbus Operating System (AOS) through performance routines and lean actions to achieve industrial‑excellence targets.

Required profile

• Engineering background in Manufacturing.
• Curious, rigorous, enthusiastic and a strong team player.
• Diverse academic or non‑academic background with foundations in AI and data analytics.
• Project‑management experience is highly valued.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German or French is a plus.
