Tiger MKIII Ground and Flight Test Operational Support Engineer

About the role

The Tiger MKIII Ground and Flight Test Operational Support Engineer will support the planning, execution and documentation of ground and flight test campaigns for prototype and series helicopters. Working closely with the Test Coordinator and various stakeholders, you will ensure test readiness, safety and regulatory compliance across multiple European locations.

Key responsibilities

• Elaborate, optimise and communicate flight‑test planning and ground‑test schedules.
• Prepare and manage flight‑test dispatch, ensuring all documentation and regulatory authorisations are available.
• Operate test means during flights, including telemetry and radio systems.
• Screen and optimise test requests, supporting feasibility studies for tools, equipment and infrastructure.
• Coordinate test campaigns, negotiate terms and costs, and support prototype shop lay‑up activities.
• Maintain and issue certification documentation related to flight‑test execution.

Required profile

• Experience in coordinating ground and flight test activities for helicopters or similar aircraft.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple stakeholders and test specifications.
• Ability to ensure safety and regulatory compliance throughout test campaigns.
• Familiarity with test‑equipment configuration and documentation processes.
