Time Management & Personnel Administration Specialist

About the role

Airbus is looking for a dedicated Time Management & Personnel Administration Specialist to join its Reward Operations Team in Seville. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality personnel administration and time‑management services while ensuring compliance with labour law, collective agreements and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Process hiring, transfer and termination events, maintain employee records, and issue contracts and certificates.
• Manage time‑management activities including schedules, shifts, absences, quotas, and related payments or bonuses.
• Guarantee compliance with TM and PA regulations and protect personal data securely.
• Utilise and enhance HR tools such as SAP‑HR, Workday, MyPulse, Escriba and RPA solutions.
• Monitor, test and improve existing RPA processes for PA and TM.
• Design and implement HR standards, policies and tools for PA and TM.
• Assess legislative impacts on daily operations and support trans‑national projects.
• Provide training to colleagues as needed.

Required profile

• Vocational training or degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably in a large, multi‑divisional environment.
• Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English.
• High adaptability and ability to work in a networking mode.
