Translation Project Management Internship

About the role

This internship offers a hands‑on experience within the Translation Project Management team of a leading language services provider. You will support translation projects from start to finish, working closely with linguists, vendors and internal teams in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in all phases of translation projects, from brief to delivery.
• Search for and select appropriate linguists from the internal database.
• Negotiate terms with freelance translators and proofreaders.
• Prepare job folders, files and trackers for translation and media tasks.
• Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion by linguists.
• Issue purchase orders for vendors.
• Conduct final linguistic or non‑linguistic checks to meet client expectations.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are a plus.
• Studies in translation, linguistics or related fields.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with solid problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Computer‑Assisted Translation (CAT) tools.
