Travel Designer

About the role

Essentialist is seeking a Travel Designer to craft highly personalized journeys for its members. Working within a dedicated Pod, you will translate members’ travel dreams into detailed itineraries that reflect their style, interests and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Experience Manager to build deep member profiles and understand their preferences.
• Design bespoke travel itineraries that combine creativity, operational feasibility and commercial impact.
• Partner with the Travel Design Lead to uphold design standards and ensure quality across proposals.
• Work closely with the Destination Team to integrate local expertise and continuously improve destination knowledge.
• Deliver clear, thoughtful proposals that align with members’ expectations and budget constraints.
• Contribute to the Pod’s commercial success through attentive service and upselling opportunities.
