User Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is looking for a User Acquisition Specialist in Barcelona. You will work alongside performance marketers, data engineers and data scientists, using data to uncover opportunities, measure and monitor performance and optimise marketing efforts. You will take the lead on campaigns for one of Glovo's regions (Africa, Eastern Europe, Balkans or Sweden) and work closely with performance leads and channel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and optimise high-impact campaigns for a region, focusing on acquisition, activation, reactivation and re-engagement
• Drive results through Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads
• Collaborate with marketers and analysts across Paid Social, SEM, ASA and programmatic
• Own performance targets and deliver on key metrics
• Share insights and best practices, and run A/B tests and performance analysis to continuously improve campaigns
• Work with design, local marketing teams, BI and Martech to execute winning strategies

Required profile

• 3-5+ years of experience in performance marketing, focused on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads
• Proven track record of scaling campaigns, optimising acquisition funnels and maximising ROAS
• Experience managing large-scale campaigns and collaborating across teams
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus

Required skills

• Google Ads (UAC and Paid Search) and Apple Search Ads
• Digital measurement, attribution models and incrementality testing
• Marketing analytics tools such as Google Data Studio, Tableau, Excel, Google Ads Editor, Adjust, Branch or Appsflyer
• Paid Social, programmatic and SEM experience is valued
