Vacation Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and organized Vacation Account Manager to provide personalized support to clients throughout the reservation process. The role involves managing client accounts, coordinating reservations, maintaining accurate records, and delivering ongoing customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual platforms to understand preferences, requirements, and budgets.
• Research destinations, accommodations, activities and present suitable vacation options.
• Assist with reservations, maintain accurate client and reservation records, and monitor payments, deadlines and confirmations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers, respond to client inquiries, and resolve concerns.
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients and keep organized records within CRM and other systems.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Reliable, professional and responsive.
