About the role

The Vice President – Asset Management & Research leads the investment strategy, portfolio construction discipline, and research architecture for the Group's asset management platform. This senior leadership role integrates research insights, macroeconomic analysis, and portfolio frameworks to deliver superior risk‑adjusted returns across all managed portfolios.

Key responsibilities

• Guide asset allocation decisions across fixed income, equities, alternatives, and multi‑asset portfolios.
• Design and implement portfolio construction frameworks for discretionary portfolios and investment funds.
• Oversee performance of investment portfolios, ensuring competitive absolute and risk‑adjusted returns.
• Ensure all portfolios comply with investment policy statements, regulatory limits, and internal risk parameters.
• Provide investment leadership for collective investment schemes, including mutual funds and unit trusts.
• Support business development initiatives to secure new asset‑management business.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in multi‑asset portfolio management and investment research.
• Strong ability to integrate research insights into portfolio decision‑making.
• Track record of delivering consistent risk‑adjusted performance.
• Deep understanding of investment policy compliance and regulatory frameworks.
