VideoJockey (VJ) – Live Visuals Specialist

About the role

The Pacha Group is seeking a passionate VideoJockey (VJ) to create and operate live visual experiences for its iconic events. You will work closely with production, lighting and creative teams to bring immersive visual concepts to life, ensuring seamless synchronization with music and stage production.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with production, lighting and creative teams to define visual concepts and show requirements.
• Participate in rehearsals, technical tests and programming sessions to prepare for live shows.
• Set up and operate Resolume Arena and MadMapper systems for all live show formats.
• Configure projection mapping, LED content and live visual setups before and during events.
• Integrate live camera feeds and streaming visuals when required.
• Trigger visual content in sync with music cues, lighting and stage moments.
• Support time‑coded visual synchronization for programmed shows.
• Troubleshoot visual and playback issues during live operation to maintain continuity and quality.
