VP Trade Receivables Securitisation

About the role

Santander Corporate & Investment Banking is seeking a Vice President to lead the structuring and execution of trade receivables securitisation transactions worldwide. Based in Boadilla del Monte (Madrid), you will work within a global team that drives innovative financing solutions for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Structure and execute securitisation deals for trade receivables across multiple geographies, using diverse mechanisms to mitigate portfolio risk.
• Originate new transactions in various countries, supporting business development initiatives.
• Coordinate with the risk department, negotiate legal documentation, and liaise with brokers and insurance companies throughout the approval process.
• Syndicate trade‑finance assets to buy‑side investors.
• Develop new products and enhance existing securitisation frameworks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in trade receivables portfolio analysis and securitisation of asset classes, with a proven track record in investment banking.
• Knowledge of related trade‑finance products (payables, ECA, documentary trade, inventory) is preferred.
• Academic background in Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
