About the role

Barceló Illetas Albatros Hotel is looking for a motivated waiter/waitress to join its food and beverage team. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality service to guests in a dynamic, upscale environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide qualified, autonomous, and responsible service and sale of food and beverages.
• Greet guests, seat them when necessary, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Attend directly to customers during food and beverage consumption.
• Prepare, set up, and dismantle service areas, including arranging tables and chairs.
• Maintain and prepare work areas and tools required for smooth service.

Required profile

• Medium‑level vocational training in Hospitality (Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería) and HACCP training.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• High level of English.
• Knowledge of mixology, restaurant operations, or broader hospitality is a plus.
• Team‑player with stress tolerance, agility, good personal image, and strong customer orientation.

Required skills

• HACCP (food safety) knowledge.
• Mixology (cocktail preparation).
