Waiter/Waitress – Matsuhisa (by Nobu)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Waiter/Waitress to join the Food & Beverage team at Matsuhisa (by Nobu) in Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality service in a luxury restaurant environment, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and communicate the outlet’s concept, menu and beverage offerings to guests.
• Prepare mise en place, maintain cleanliness and organize service stations for each shift.
• Provide attentive, efficient and personalized service, anticipating guest needs and handling special requests.
• Present dishes and drinks according to hotel standards and actively up‑sell to enhance guest experience and revenue.
• Assist with stock handling, including linen, beverages and supplies, ensuring proper storage.
• Maintain equipment and utensils in excellent condition and complete assigned side duties.
• Communicate guest allergies, preferences and special requests to kitchen and management.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards and ability to deliver service at the highest level.
• Professional demeanor, integrity and a growth‑mindset.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
