Web UI/UX Development Engineer

About the role

Gevernova is looking for a Web UI/UX Development Engineer to build the web applications used to configure and monitor its embedded industrial products. The ideal candidate has strong skills in Angular/TypeScript, Python backends, Linux, Git, Docker, CI/CD and virtualization; familiarity with industrial environments and cybersecurity standards is a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop full-stack web applications for embedded, edge and virtualized platforms.
• Design clear and intuitive user experiences for device configuration, monitoring and management.
• Integrate the UI with backend services, microservices and device APIs.
• Build and deploy containerized applications and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Take part in technical discussions and present ideas through whiteboarding and prototypes.
• Work closely with peers in a fast-paced delivery mode to meet product release goals.
• Maintain code quality through best practices, code reviews and automated testing.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Proven experience in web development.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Docker and CI/CD.

• Industrial protocols such as IEC 61850, DNP3 and Modbus (a plus)
