Workplace Experience Specialist

About the role

Clio is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to oversee front‑office operations, facility upkeep, and employee‑experience initiatives across its office spaces. You will act as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and efficiently run workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage front‑office reception, visitor sign‑in, mail, and shipping/receiving processes.
• Conduct site tours and wayfinding for employees and guests.
• Maintain office spaces, perform light cleaning, and keep communal areas stocked.
• Identify facility deficiencies, coordinate repairs, and track resolution status.
• Perform regular facility inspections and maintain inspection records.
• Serve as local liaison for design‑build projects, renovations, and relocations.
• Plan, coordinate, and host internal and external events such as meetings, mixers, and holiday parties.
• Ensure workplace policies comply with local and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with People, IT, and OCEO teams to align workplace programs with business goals.
• Oversee physical security, badge management, and coordinate with IT/Security as needed.
• Participate in the Global H&S Committee and support investigations.
• Support workplace technology, including AV equipment, video‑conferencing systems, and space‑operations software.
• Manage vendor relationships for food & beverage, socials, and office supplies.
• Track expenses and analyze data to improve workplace experience programs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facilities or office management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate events.
