About the role

Join Alsa’s Young Talent Program and work within the People & Culture team to help shape the future of mobility from a human perspective. This paid internship lasts up to one year and offers real responsibility from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment activities across various functions.
• Assist in designing and delivering training programs.
• Contribute to HR data analysis and reporting.
• Help maintain HR tools, systems, and digital platforms.
• Provide support in labor relations and personnel administration.

Required profile

• Final year university student or recent graduate.
• Strong desire to learn and develop a career in HR.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• English proficiency at B2/C1 level.

• Flexible schedule: Monday‑Thursday 9:00‑18:00, intensive Friday 8:00‑15:00, plus a summer intensive week.
