Assistant Store Manager

About the role

BIMBA Y LOLA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the La Roca Village boutique. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will act as a brand ambassador, ensure exceptional customer service, and help drive sales while maintaining the brand’s creative spirit.

Key responsibilities

• Guide the full customer journey, from greeting to sale, handling requests and complaints.
• Perform stock counting, control inventory, organize deliveries and maintain the stockroom.
• Arrange products on the shop floor and implement visual‑merchandising guidelines, including window displays.
• Manage store operations and lead the team in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Maintain continuous communication with the Area Manager and headquarters.

Required profile

• Passion for fashion and a strong personal presentation.
• Ability to listen, collaborate, and work effectively in a team.
• Desirable: English proficiency and at least two years of experience in a similar retail role.
