Associate Project Manager – French Speaking

About the role

Hyland is looking for an Associate Project Manager who is fluent in French to lead customer implementation projects from start to finish. This entry‑level position offers the chance to develop project scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills while working remotely from Spain.

Key responsibilities

• Apply Hyland’s implementation methodology to deliver projects on scope, schedule, and budget.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and status reports.
• Facilitate client meetings, especially with French‑speaking customers, and ensure clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Monitor project scope, identify out‑of‑scope requests, and escalate risks, issues, and decision delays.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (Services, Sales, Support) to meet milestone commitments.
• Support senior Project Managers and collaborate with globally distributed teams.

Required profile

• Fluency in French (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to interact discreetly and tactfully.
