About the role
3INA, a fast‑growing beauty brand, is seeking a Business Development Consultant to expand its presence in new international markets. You will lead the identification, negotiation, and onboarding of key retailers and distributors for the brand’s cosmetics line.
Key responsibilities
- Identify expansion opportunities across retail and distribution channels in target markets.
- Establish and develop new commercial relationships with retailers and distributors.
- Lead negotiations and close agreements to launch 3INA products in new points of sale.
- Monitor the commercial pipeline and manage account development.
- Ensure successful brand launch and ongoing performance in new locations.
Required profile
- Solid experience in business development and commercial expansion.
- Background in beauty, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG.
- Proven ability to open doors and close commercial agreements.
- Self‑driven, autonomous, and results‑oriented.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
