About the role
Fresha is seeking a Business Development Executive to accelerate its growth across Southern Europe. Working remotely, you will own a high‑growth territory, prospect new beauty and wellness businesses, and build strong local relationships to expand Fresha’s AI‑powered platform.
Key responsibilities
- Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Conduct outreach to key decision‑makers via phone, email and social channels.
- Present, demo and sell Fresha’s products and services to prospective partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract close.
- Perform cost‑benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with partner objectives.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team and strategic partners to drive commercial success.
Required profile
- Proven success in B2B sales or business development.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
- Enjoys autonomous work and embraces challenges.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Motivated to make a tangible impact on a global technology platform.
