Cruise Expert – Customer Sales & Service

About the role

Join Costa’s Barcelona office as a Cruise Expert, the voice that guides travelers to unforgettable sea journeys. You will handle both inbound and outbound sales calls, provide top‑tier customer service, and act as the first ambassador of the Costa brand.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming sales calls and make outbound campaign calls using provided lists.
• Process reservations, updates, and modifications in the CRM and database.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
• Follow up on web‑generated callback requests and manage written communication with a commercial approach.
• Identify customer needs, build sustainable relationships, and meet sales and call‑handling targets.
• Promote Costa Cruises and create memorable holiday experiences for guests.

Required profile

• Fluent in German, French, Italian or Spanish with excellent written and spoken grammar.
• Proven experience in customer care and sales, preferably in a call‑center environment.
• Strong communication, active listening, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to generate trust, build relationships and close deals.

Required skills

• CRM usage for reservation and customer data management.
