Customer Service Representative (Swedish Speaking) - E-commerce

Main Missions

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone and live chat.
• Provide expert assistance regarding e-commerce orders, product details, shipping status, and current promotions.
• Accurately document and track all customer requests using advanced CRM software.
• Expand your scope to manage social media inquiries and email communications as you gain expertise.
• Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service quality standards.

Profile Required

• Native or professional fluency in Swedish is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
• Adaptability to a rotating schedule, including Saturdays.
• Strong team spirit and a desire for continuous learning.
