Customer Service Specialist – Order to Cash (Iberia)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Specialist to join our Customer Supply Chain team in Iberia. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, overseeing the full Order‑to‑Cash process and ensuring a seamless, customer‑centric service experience across assigned accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end Order‑to‑Cash processes for Iberia accounts.
• Act as the main liaison for customers, delivering responsive and proactive support.
• Coordinate distributor management, direct shipments, and 3PL communications to guarantee smooth logistics execution.
• Create and maintain logistics templates, ensuring data accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve customer and distribution claims, including pricing disputes and product issues.
• Monitor service level performance, penalty follow‑up, and traceability across logistics flows.
• Execute distributor charge/credit processes, monthly fees, and account reconciliations with Finance.
• Maintain sales order reporting and support financial/operational follow‑up.
• Track promotional calendars and ensure correct order placement for promotions.
• Manage shortages and related corrective actions.

Required profile

• Customer‑focused professional with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in order‑to‑cash, supply chain, or logistics operations.
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills across sales, supply, finance, and logistics teams.
• Ability to anticipate needs, prevent issues, and drive continuous service improvement.
