E-Commerce Operation Manager

About the role

The E‑Commerce Operation Manager will lead the planning and execution of online sales strategies, product promotions, and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with product, marketing and sales teams to ensure seamless product launches and continuous optimisation of campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement e‑commerce sales strategies, seasonal promotions and product propositions.
• Maintain product information and design marketing campaigns aligned with the Xiaomi portfolio.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end project management with cross‑functional stakeholders to launch products and campaigns successfully.
• Analyse market competition, conduct SWOT analyses and adapt product positioning.
• Monitor local market trends, consumer behaviour and campaign data to continuously optimise performance.
• Leverage online and offline channels to increase mi.com brand awareness and drive new user acquisition.
• Prepare insightful reports and present data‑driven recommendations to sales and branding leaders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations.
• 5+ years of experience in e‑commerce, online operations, sales planning, product management or product marketing.
• Self‑motivated, result‑driven and creative thinker with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory.
