E‑Commerce Consultant – Contract (Barcelona)

About the role

The eCommerce Consultant will support the end‑to‑end creation, delivery and optimisation of customer‑experience (CX) toolboxes across multiple markets. Working as an independent contractor, you will translate strategic direction into operational assets and ensure consistent, high‑quality activation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the operational build of CX toolboxes and define scopes based on senior leadership guidance.
• Participate in regular progress meetings, populate toolboxes with approved content, and handle market queries.
• Collect and consolidate market feedback, audit executions, and conduct ad‑hoc analyses to support decision‑making.
• Document standards for excellent activation, review live market pages, and maintain documentation on market constraints.
• Support A/B testing and personalisation set‑ups, providing assets, messaging matrices and guidance.
• Assist in creating toolboxes for services, programmes and cross‑channel journeys, coordinating with UX, development teams and agencies.

Required profile

• Strong organisational abilities and proactive communication style.
• Proven stakeholder‑management capability.
• Basic analytical skills with a familiarity of digital CX or eCommerce environments.
