About the role

The Department of Health Science at Saint Louis University’s Madrid campus seeks a full‑time Faculty Instructor to teach undergraduate nursing courses. The position begins in September and involves a six‑course load per academic year, supporting the university’s mission of education, research, service, and healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver six undergraduate nursing courses annually, ensuring high‑quality instruction and student engagement.
• Provide academic advising and mentorship to nursing students.
• Participate in departmental service, curriculum development, and scholarly activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or PhD in Nursing.
• Eligibility for licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri.
• Demonstrated teaching experience at the undergraduate level.
• Relevant clinical experience in nursing practice.
• Strong commitment to teaching, advising, and service.
• Ability to reside and work in Madrid, Spain.
