Financial Controller

About the role

Join Ferrero as a Financial Controller and drive financial excellence across our supply‑chain network. You will own financial planning and analysis, shaping cost management, process optimisation, and value creation in our copacking and procurement activities while partnering with Supply Chain, Marketing and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee cost controlling for procurement and copacking, ensuring accurate allocation and governance compliance.
• Lead budgeting cycles, long‑term planning and rolling forecasts, delivering robust FP&A support.
• Simulate product P&L for Marketing, manage standard costing and transfer pricing.
• Prepare clear financial reports and dashboards that enable confident management decisions.
• Participate in strategic projects such as make‑or‑buy analyses, sourcing initiatives and new product launches.
• Build user‑friendly dashboards and monitor operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience in supply‑chain controlling, procurement finance or a manufacturing environment.
• Strong command of cost accounting, financial modelling and supply‑chain economics.
• Proactive, curious mindset with a focus on optimisation and digitalisation.
• Excellent communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented, collaborative and committed to elevating cost management and performance tracking.
