Fullstack Software Engineer (x/f/m) – Spain

About the role

Alan is looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join its engineering team in Spain. You will work on the core platform that connects members, health professionals and insurers, delivering a seamless health‑care experience. The role combines backend development with Python/Flask, frontend work with React, and mobile features with React Native.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend services using Python and Flask.
• Build responsive web interfaces and features with React.
• Implement and improve mobile applications using React Native.
• Work with PostgreSQL databases to ensure data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, designers and other engineers to turn product decisions into production‑ready code.
• Participate in code reviews, testing and continuous‑delivery pipelines.
