Hardware Support Engineer – Robotics Delivery & Packaging

About the role

Amazon Robotics is looking for a Hardware Support Engineer to ensure the reliability and performance of its packaging and robotics systems in fulfillment centers. You will work hands‑on with customers, troubleshoot hardware issues, and help deploy new robotic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site support for new product implementations, upgrades, routine hardware audits and troubleshooting of advanced robotics systems.
• Partner with product development, manufacturing and site‑level reliability, maintenance and engineering (RME) teams to maximize system performance.
• Resolve mechanical and system issues, design electro‑mechanical tools and fixtures, and develop proactive monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Create preventative maintenance procedures, training content and lead on‑site training sessions for RME teams.
• Manage spare‑parts processes, conduct safety and risk assessments, and produce daily/weekly performance reports.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate requirements to development and support teams.
• Travel up to 50% of the time to support multiple sites.
