HR Business Partner Manager – Madrid

About the role

The TCL Europe Business Group is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner Manager to join its Madrid office. Reporting to the Country Manager and HR Director of the EU region, you will align HR activities with business objectives and provide strategic and operational support to managers and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver generalist HR support and act as an internal consultant for managers and staff.
• Partner with line managers to identify HR service needs, support business change, and drive improvement initiatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact on employment legislation, dispute resolution, and employee relations.
• Support Learning & Development, talent management, succession planning, and performance data analysis.
• Lead and contribute to HR and business projects, ensuring compliance with local legislation and best practice.
• Oversee office administration, allocate tasks, and improve administrative efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role in a multinational environment.
• Fluent in English, Chinese and Spanish (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in consumer electronics or household appliance industries is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and employment legislation.
• Experience with budgeting, staff cost planning, and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in performance management, learning & development, and succession planning.
• Ability to lead HR projects and support organizational effectiveness initiatives.
